The full details of the service required was explained to me when I booked my car in and a date for completion was booked.
The car was collected, serviced , MOT’d, washed and valeted before being returned on time as arranged.
During the time the car was away, I received a short video of the car undergoing a health inspection, which was very re-assuring to me.

I purchased a Ford car for the first time last year, and decided to take out a Ford warranty. Unfortunately the car has needed some repairs since, however I have been very impressed with how the garage has dealt with these problems and provided me with an excellent level of service on each occasion. Keeping me with up to date with developments and progress on the work and providing a courtesy car, which was really helpful. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Although I am a little disappointed in the car itself, I am very happy with the service I have received and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The service I received from Mike Newton was excellent.
On first seeing the car it appeared clean and valeted, but whilst driving home I noticed a smell like stale smoke, and the windows were very streaky, particularly the rear screen, I am still having problems getting rid of the smell.
