We are looking for a professional, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Part/full time role available between Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚:

Administration roles on multiple systems
Booking in of accident damaged vehicles
Liaising face to face, by phone and email with customers, insurance partners and work providers
Checking, imaging and inspecting vehicles on receipt
Parts and material administration
Additional administration for other departments
Updating customers and work providers on repair progress and completion
Keeping up to date with the companies social media and website

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚:

Bodyshop Workshop Controller

The successful candidates will have a high level of product / industry knowledge and the ability to liaise with all staff, customers and personal.

Responsibilities will include:

• Administration and control of jobs

• Parts procurement

• Consumable control

• Technician supervision

• Vehicle movement and quality

• Industry standards implementation

• Workshop organisation

• Administrative control and monitoring

• To liaise closely with admin and workshop technicians to ensure the prompt and efficient repair of accident damaged vehicles.

Vehicle Technician

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team at Hodson Ford.
As a Hodson’s Technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of motor vehicles for our customers. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience.
